PURPOSE:To provide a solar cell module having a good apperance and a high commercial value, wherein thin solar cells can be laminated easily and together with protective layers at a low cost and without damaging them, and bypass diodes are included. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell module wherein a means for connecting a plurality of solar cells 2 in series with each other, and at least one bypass diode 4A for making the bypasses of the output current of at least one solar cell are included, and this thin pellet-like bypass diode is joined to the electrode of the cell or to two interconnectors. |
