PURPOSE:To easily enable registering data in a dictionary even when all registering data are not manually inputted by automatically extracting a character string which can not be analyzed from an analytical result, or specifying and extracting an analytical result displaying character string and utilizing the extracted contents for registering data. CONSTITUTION:A character string in a part which can not be correctly analyzed because the part is not registered in a dictionary 103 is extracted, a reference character string storing part 108 stores a reference character string formed by means of data stored in an extracted character string storing part 107 and a speech part information storing part 110. A word stem character string storing part 109 stores a character string for the stems of words formed by means of data stored in the storing parts 107, 108, 110. When a stored data changing part 112 changes respective stored character strings displayed on a stored data display part 111, the changed character strings are stored as correct character strings and the data stored in the storing parts 109, 110 are registered in the dictionary 103. |
