PURPOSE:To make dimensions of track position highly accurate, by contacting and fixing a reinforcing member joined with a magnetic core with and to the side edge of the opening of a case sliding surface by means of a projected piece formed at the opening. CONSTITUTION:After the assembled body of a magnetic core 1 and coil bobbin 5 is inserted into a case 7 and the front end section 1a of the magnetic core 1 is positioned in the horizontal direction, the magnetic core 1 is further pushed so as to face the core 1 to the opening 7b of the case 7. When the front end section 1a is pushed downward by the curved surface of a bent section 7d through upper reinforcing plates 8 and 8 and lower reinforcing plates 8 and 8 are contacted with and fixed to the side edge 7c of the opening 7a, the magnetic core 1 is positioned in the vertical direction and the position of a magnetic gap G is fixed. The case 7 is filled with a resin under this condition, and thus, the assembled body of the magnetic core 1 and coil bobbin 5 is fixed. The projected part of the bent section 7d from a sliding surface 7a is removed by grinding, etc., in the later process. Therefore, the dimensions of the track position of a magnetic core with high accuracy can be realized with a simple and inexpensive constitution. |
