<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by executing simultaneously outsert formation of a key guide part in plural keyboard frames. CONSTITUTION:Plural keyboard frames 10 made of a sheet metal are inserted through from downward with its front end parts up into a slit S formed between each block 22a, 22b of the lower die 22, the upper part is closed by the upper die 21 and the opening direction is set to the direction running along a plane part 10a of the keyboard frame 10. In this case, a projecting wire 21c is pressed in a space T between a pair of each block 22a, 22b, and the blocks 22a, 22b are pressed inward and hold firmly the keyboard frame 10. In such a state, when a resin of a high temperature is injected into cavities 21a, 22c, a key guide part 11 is subjected to outsert formation, and by a projecting wire 21b of the upper die, a groove 11a of a grease reservoir is formed.</p> |
