<p>PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioner capable of preventing adverse effect to a human body due to a daughter nuclide in the closed space. CONSTITUTION:Aerosol in the air is collected on a filter 2 by a suction pump 5, alpha-rays generated from the aerosol is detected by a detector 4, and a counter integrates its count. A calculating part 7 receives the integrated value of the counter 6 after the fixed time and computes daughter nuclide balance equivalent concentration, and a control part 8 computes the amount of ventilation, required to suppress the daughter nuclide concentration to a low level, from the concentration value. A ventilating device driving part 9 drives a ventilating device 10 to lead the required amount of outside air into a room and thereby to damp the concentration of the daughter nuclide in the room. When a series of measurement is terminated, a filter changing device 3 sets the new face of the filter 2 on the detector 4.</p> |
