PURPOSE:To get an element, where a solid element materializes and shows a neural information processing function referring to multiinput/1 output, by arranging a lower electrode and an upper electrode through an insulating film in vertical direction to the junction face of a hetero junction film consisting of a plurality of molecular films different in oxidation reductive potential. CONSTITUTION:This element is equipped with a lower electrode 11, a first insulating film 12, which is made partially on the lower electrode 11, and a hetero junction film 13, which is made on the first insulating film 12 and consists of a plurality of molecular films 13a and 13b different in oxidation reductive potential. Furthermore, this is equipped with a second insulating film 14, which is made on the hetero junction film 13, a source electrode 15 and a drain electrode 16, which are made on the hetero junction film 13, piercing the second insulating film 14, and an upper electrode 17, which is made on the second insulating film 14. For example, the insulating film 12 is made on the lower electrode 11 and patterning is performed, and the hetero junction film 13 is made by accumulating specified substances each thereon by LB method. |
