PURPOSE:To reduce the number of monitors and to speed up the recovery from a fault by providing a navigation device displaying map information and a navigation operating deice on a service car. CONSTITUTION:A service car is provided with a navigation device 35 displaying the map information and a navigation operating device 34 operating the navigation device 35 based on the fault data sent from a building monitoring device. When receiving a fault data, a radio transmitter-receiver 31 transmits a signal for receiving fault data to the navigation operating device 34. When receiving the signal, the navigation operating device 34 transmits a a command 36 for starting navigation device to the navigation device 35. When receiving the command 36, the navigation device 35 receives the radio wave from an artificial satellite moving around the earth, measures the position of the service car, and synthesizes the map recorded in the exclusive CD-ROM with the point of the car on the display device in the real time. |
