The device for rotationally coupling a driving member and a driven member which are both mounted so that they can move in terms of rotation about an axis ( DELTA ) which is insensitive to off-centring and to the axial offset of one of these members (20, 30) relative to the other, is noteworthy in that it comprises long straight depressions (11) parallel to this axis ( DELTA ) formed at the periphery of one of these members (20, 30), elastic fingers (12) which are urged towards this axis ( DELTA ) and one (121) of the ends of which is secured to the other of these members (20, 30) and pads (13) at the other (122) of the ends of these fingers (12) which are each engaged without play in a corresponding depression (11), at least one of the depression and pad of each pair having, in cross section perpendicular to this axis ( DELTA ), a profile which converges towards this axis ( DELTA ).
