PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove influence of HF on an electronic component. SOLUTION: The electrostatic transducer comprises a caring (7), that has at least one front-side acoustic intake opening (3) and is made of metal or is conductive, and a printed circuit board (4) that substantially seals the casing at the rear side, has at least one rear-side acoustic intake opening (1), and has and electronic component (2) arranged on the inner surface. The electrostatic converter is small and has a diameter of 2-30 mm. Then, at least one rear-side acoustic intake opening (1) is arranged at the peripheral section of the printed circuit board (4).
