PURPOSE:To simply grasp the contents of stored and managed document information by providing an information processor with an extracting means for extracting a part of individual document information and a printing means. CONSTITUTION:In the information processor for storing and managing plural document information groups in a storage medium, a part of individual document information constituting a remarked document information group is extracted and a part of the extracted document information is printed out. At the time of printing out a document list in a certain cabinet e.g., a part (or all) of the covers of individual documents are recorded on a sheet of recording paper. Namely, when the contents of a certain cabinet are displayed on the display screen of a CRT display device 8, a list printing item is specified by the operation of a pointing device 5, each parameter of the list print is specified, and then 'PRINT' is specified, a printer 14 prints out a list based upon the specified parameter. |
