PURPOSE:To implement high speed operation of a circuit by providing latch circuits which include a light receiving element and become a through state when the element receives light, and a latch circuit which include a light receiv ing element and becomes a hold state when the element receives light. CONSTITUTION:There are provided latch circuits LA1, LA2, and LA4 which include a light receiving circuit and become a through state when the element receives light, and a latch circuit LB3 which includes a light receiving element and becomes a hold state when the element receives light. In this case, if it can be thought that the circuits LA1, LA2, and LA4 a are the ones into which ordinary clock signal is inputted, it is conceivable that the latch circuit LA4 is the one receiving clock signal the phase of which is different from that of ordinary clock signals. The speed of the optoelectronic integrated circuit can be made higher in this way. |
