PURPOSE:To ensure fineness and high conductivity even via a process of bake bonding a connection part by providing the connection part of a fuel cell baked by a rich composition of Ml and Cr components of Ca or the like. CONSTITUTION:An air electrode 3 is additionally provided in a porous supporter 2 of stabilized zirconia. Here, the electrode 3 is composed of LaN1M2O3 (N1 is any of Ca, Mg, Sr, M2 is any of Co, Mn). Next, a mutual connection part 4 is produced on the electrode 3. This connection part 4 is La1-xM1x+yCrzO3, where M1 is any of Ca, Mg, Sr, preferably Ca, and x is in a range of 0<x<=0.6, preferably, 0.2<=x<=0.4. (y) is in a range of 0<y<=1.2, preferably, 0.1<=y<=1.2, and (z) is in a composition of 0.98<=z<=1.6, preferably, 1.0<=z<=1.2. Successively, bake bonding is performed at a predetermined temperature. In this way, sufficient electrical conductivity can be maintained in the connection part after the bake bonding. |
