PURPOSE:To obtain an infrared ray touch sensor without malfunction by detecting a coordinate of the infrared ray touch sensor after the fact of contact of a human body is detected by a static capacitance type touch panel with respect to the infrared ray touch sensor used for a display device such as a plasma display unit through the combination of the static capacitance type touch panel. CONSTITUTION:In the infrared ray touch sensor 1 in which a position of a human body contact is inputted to a display device 2 via a coordinate input circuit 3 by interrupting the light reception of an infrared ray emitted orthogonally, a static capacitance type touch panel 4 is provided beneath the infrared ray touch sensor 1, a single pair of electrodes of the static capacitance type touch panel 4 is devised and a coordinate input circuit 3 to a display device 2 is controlled by a signal detecting the contact of a human body 5 by the static capacitance type touch panel 4. |
