PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blower and a vehicle air-conditioner equipped with it capable of simultaneously solving a deterioration of the fan characteristics and a noise emission both resulting from the secondary flow. SOLUTION: The centrifugal blower 10 includes an impeller 11, at the end of which facing a bell mouth 14, a secondary flow guide ring 11e is provided to form a secondary flow guide passage 20 as a ring-shaped path thinning toward the discharge hole from the root of the bell mouth 14 in the area to the peripheral surface 14c of the bell mouth 14, and that inside surface of the guide ring 11e which forms the secondary guide passage 20 works as a secondary flow guide surface 11e1 which is convex toward the peripheral surface 14c of the bell mouth 14. The invention includes also air-conditioner for vehicle which is equipped with the described centrifugal blower 10.
