PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that, when asked for a support, can promptly send a request for calling registered supporters through a network. SOLUTION: In this system, when detecting a call received at a fixed telephone terminal 6 installed on the facility side, a management server 1 identified the support requestor by searching the support requestor file based on the terminal telephone number. Then, based on the identified support requestor, it retrieves a message file, then reads the information to contact the related registered volunteers, and makes a request to connect to their terminals. Thus the call message is sent to a portable terminal 3 of the called volunteer side and the fixed telephone terminal 6 as well.
