摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent flickering of fluorescent light due to pulsation of the power supply voltage for electric vehicle caused by a compressor load or the like. CONSTITUTION:Voltage ripple causing flicker of fluorescent light is converted through a flicker sensitivity filter 5 into a flicker tent 16 corresponding to the ripple frequency. A flicker correction term operator 6 operates a required suppression coefficient 17 based on the flicker term 16 and delivers the suppression coefficient 17 to a multiplier 9. On the other hand, a flicker correction sine wave commander 7 produces a flicker correction frequency command 18A and a flicker phase shift command 18B. A sine wave generator 8 generates a sine wave 19 based on these commands and delivers the sine wave 19 to the multiplier 9 which then produces a flicker correction term 20. Difference 12 between a voltage command 11 fed from a voltage commander 1 and an output voltage is fed through an adder 2 to a feedback controller 3 which then controls the voltage difference to be zero. The flicker correction term 20 is added by an adder 10 and the sum is outputted as an output voltage 15 through a converter 4.
