PURPOSE:To obtain electric connection structure wherein high density packaging is possible, electric continuity between conductive layers is surely obtained, irregularity of connection resistance is little, yield is improved, imperfect electric continuity due to temperature change is hard to be generated, and reliability is high. CONSTITUTION:Under a coating conductive layer 7 of a first board 1, a protrusion 5 composed of material capable of changing its form at the time of compression bonding is fixed, a part of which protrusion is exposed from the coating conductive layer 7. The coating conductor layer 7 of the first board 1 and an aluminum electrode 8 of the second board 2 are compression-bonded and electrically connected. |
