<p>The present invention relates to alcoholic beverage (vodka and liqueur) industry, namely to methods for production of vodka. The invented method comprises following stages: preparation of aqueous-alcoholic liquid, filtration, mixing of obtained aqueous-alcoholic liquid with sucrose-syrup and other components of composition. The first stage comprises stirring the obtained mixture and addition of activated carbon suspension to them. The obtained mixture is kept by periodical stirring and than is filtered. Filtration is carried out at first by using belting-filter and after that the mixture is filtered twice by using cartridge filter. The mixture is kept again and filtered direct before filling. The disclosed method is characterised in that the suspension of activated carbon is made using finely divided activated carbon powder and aqueous-alcoholic liquid in weight ratio 600 - 800 g activated carbon and 1000 decalitres of final vodka. The size of carbon particles is from 0.2 micron to 0.01 millimetre. The intake of activated carbon suspension to the aqueous-alcoholic liquid is made after mixing thereof with sucrose-syrup. The method also is characterised in that into filtrate by unbroken stirring is introduced an aromatised spirit together with other components according formula. The obtained mixture is kept 1 to 5 hours. The offered method allows to decrease durability of technological cycle 3 to 5 times in comparison with known technologies.</p> |
