PURPOSE:To obtain an output sound equal to that of a reference tape even when a magnetic tape whose sound recording sensitivity differs from that of the reference tape by providing the 1st sound volume variable means to a magnetic recording and reproducing path and the 2nd sound volume variable means to a sound volume display path so as to allow both the mans to be varied interlockingly. CONSTITUTION:A signal from an input signal terminal 2 is fed to the 1st sound recording system sensitivity adjusting device 11 by a sound recording sound volume adjusting device 3. Further, a reproducing circuit to which a reproducing signal is transmitted from the terminal 2 is provided with a switch 5 switching the recording circuit and the reproducing circuit, a reproducing amplifier 8, and the 2nd recording and reproducing changeover switch 7 in this order and the 2nd sensitivity adjusting device 14 connected to the switch 7 is provided between the switch 7 and a display device 10. In the recording check mode, an output signal of a reference signal generator 12 is fed to a head 11 and recorded on a magnetic tape 6. In the reproduction check mode, while a reference signal recorded on a tape 6 is fed to the display device 10 as a reproduction signal, the adjusting device 14 is varied and the adjusting means of the adjusting device 11 is made variable in interlocking with the operation of the adjusting device 14. |
