PORTABLE TELEPHONE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To obtain a portable telephone system in which a power amplifier of a power amplification booster is operated in a suitable state when the portable telephone set is connected to the power amplification booster so as to implement the transmission of multistage changeover with the same standard as that of an automobile telephone set. CONSTITUTION:When a portable telephone set A is connected to a power amplifier booster B, a detection output being an output of a power amplifier of the power amplifier booster B is sent to a voltage comparator 13 of the portable telephone set A via a changeover device 12. The voltage comparator 13 compares the voltage with a reference voltage changing with respect to a transmission output control signal 11 and sends a control voltage to both power controllers 22, 6. The power controller 22 controls the power amplifier 19 based on a difference voltage. The power controller 6 makes an excited output of the portable telephone set A for the operation of the power amplifier 19 of the power amplifier booster B by controlling the power amplifier 3 at a reduction of several ranks by the difference voltage.
