PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a correcting work in each change of original data and to reduce a working process by directly corresponding documents also at the time of integrating (linking) data bases in a system and correcting the data bases. CONSTITUTION:This document preparing system is provided with a data base system 1 provided with plural data bases 3, a DTP system 4 provided with a computer to process editing and production processes and from a document, and a system integrating processing means for integrating both the systems 1, 4 with the data bases 3 as a system and executing system formation. In addition to this constitution, the system 1 is provided with an operation/display means 2 and the system 4 is provided with a document file 5, an operation/ display means 6 and a printer 7. At the time of correcting the data bases 3 by integrating them in the system, documents also are directly corrected. Consequently correction work in each change of the original data is made unnecessary and the working process can be reduced. |
