PURPOSE:To improve molding efficiency and heat resistance and to make a bearing holding force uniform by forming a bearing holder in an integral cage state, and reducing an outer diameter of a support smaller than that of a coupler. CONSTITUTION:A bearing holder 30 has a plurality of couplers 23 for coupling annularly formed flanges 21 to a bottom 22, and a plurality of supporting frames 24 on the bottom 22 in such a manner that the entirety is formed in an integral caging state of a resin member having heat resistance and wear resistance. The holder 30 is engaged with a holding part 19 provided in a housing 1 to hold a bearing 9 through a supporting post 24. When the outer diameter of the coupler 23 is B, the outer diameter of the post 24 is C and the inner diameter of the part 19 is D, it is desirable to so form as to satisfy C<D<B. The outer diameter of the flange 21 is formed slightly larger than that B of the coupler 23. Thus, molding efficiency and heat resistance are improved, and holding force of a ball bearing can be suitably held. |
