CONSTITUTION:As an organic electrolyte, alkaline metallic salt of containing a fluorine atom having, for instance, two or more carbon atoms of C4F9SO3Li and C8F17SO3Li or the like is used, and further alcohols of, for instance, propylene glycol, propargyl alcohol, etc., are contained in the above-mentioned electrolyte. |
