This new globular particle type dry toner is manufactured by dispersion emulsion method. The manufacturing method comprises: (A) premixing and melting the dry toner source material which is based on magnetic powder, binder resin, carbon black, charge controller and fluidity additive; (B) dissolving the product from (A) in a nonpolar solution; and (C) adding in drops the product from (B) in the water and alcohol solution with stirring and making spherical fine particle. The above alcohol is selected from methyl, ethyl and propyl alcohols and the nonpolar solution is from tetra hydrofuran or benzene.
