PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a mobile terminal with excellent user-friendliness that can easily set a manner mode, release the mode and suitably place strict control over the manner. SOLUTION: In a hospital 10, a manner mode setting base station 200 that always transmits a setting signal with respect to the manner mode is placed at one side of an entrance 12 and a manner mode release base station 210 that always transmits a release signal of the manner mode is placed at one side of an exit 14. A mobile terminal 100 has a function of setting/releasing the manner mode, sets the manner mode when receiving the manner mode setting signal and releases the manner mode setting when receiving the manner mode releasing signal.
