PURPOSE:To rationalize processes in development of patterns by determining central accuracy and directivity in a joining part for exchange by a light shielding ground with a combination of an optical fiber type UV light source with a shutter and a pen plotter and connecting UV light to directly print the patterns, thereby forming the patterns of the respective stages. CONSTITUTION:Problems remain in accuracy and operation unless the exchange of masks is freely executed at the time of forming the patterns for printed circuit boards by the combination of the optical fiber type UV light source with the shutter 2 and the pen plotter. A driving head 8 of the pen plotter acts parallel with a plotting drawing 10 and an attaching and detaching direction 6 arises at the time of attaching and detaching a pen cartridge. An optical fiber holding part 7 comes to the driving head 8 side when an ordinary optical connector system is adopted in such a case and, therefore, a light shielding groove 5 is formed to single or plural closed loop shapes as shown in Fig. by the combination of ruggedness The rotating direction is regulated by the inside of such groove 5 and the interchangeability is assured at the center of the mask. |
