PURPOSE:To enable management of a received image by the receiving time and to obtain the proof of the receiving time by synthesizing the receiving time stored in a reception starting time storage circuit and a reception ending time storage circuit to the received image. CONSTITUTION:The receiving time stored in a reception starting time storage circuit 20 and a reception ending time storage circuit 21 and received image data are added by an adder circuit 13 and formed as a synthesized image. In the case of recording afterwards, the image is recorded by a recording circuit 14 and in the case of transfer, the synthesized image is read from a memory circuit 11 and transferred after being coded by a coding circuit 15 and stored in the memory circuit 11. |
