PURPOSE:To shorten the computation time and to perform a very accurate computation for stability in a power system monitor. CONSTITUTION:Various quantities of state from a power system are collected in a system quantity-of-state collecting section 10 and then a quantity of electrocity and a frequency are frequency-analyzed and a frequency component is extracted by a system quantity-of-state characteristic extracting section 11. The time series data of the specified frequency component obtained from the extracting section 11 is inputted into an organism neuro circuit simulated network computation model to decide the stability 12 and the result is output to an output section 13. |
