PURPOSE:To smoothly rotate a stepping motor at any rotational speed by changing a voltage applied to the stepping motor according to the rate of change of the frequency of an electric signal outputted by an object to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A rate of change arithmetic circuit 6 for obtaining the rate of change of the frequency (f) of an electric signal, which is outputted by an object to be measured 1, by means of df/dt and setting a multiplier K from the magnitude of the rate of change and a multiplication circuit 7 for raising the voltage v=f(t) having characteristics of a sine wave of those equal thereto in effective value to the Kth power are provided and an applied voltage set by V=v k={f(t)} K is applied to the exciting coil of a stepping motor 5. |
