PURPOSE: To obtain the building management mechanism that controls installation in a space of an office or a shop or the like and in which no re-wiring is required in the case of replacement of installation, addition and movement of it. CONSTITUTION: The building management mechanism improves a voltage regulation and controls operation of installation sets 41, 42, 51 in a building such as lighting, window blind and a heater. Each installation is connected to a control device 10 that adjusts the voltage regulation and conducts control automatically via a communication bus 20. In order to avoid re-wiring of the bus 20 for rearrangement of at least either of the installation and the building equipments, response devices 40, 50 send a bus signal to the installation sets 41, 42, 51 as a radio signal and are placed at a standard fixed position in the building. A receiver 50b is provided to the response device for 2-way communication between the installation sets and the devices and a remote control unit 59 is provided for communication between the user and the devices.
