PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress high-frequency, common-mode current in a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The printed wiring board is provided with a first ground face 1 brought at the reference potential for an active element mounted thereon; a dielectric layer 3; and a second ground face 2 formed on the first ground face 1 with the dielectric layer 3 in-between. The shape of the second ground face 2 and the conditions for connection of the second ground face 2 to frame ground 4 are determined so that induced components are virtually negligible at the end on the high-frequency side within a frequency range in which radiation noise should be suppressed.
