The subject of the present invention is a method for continuous treatment (processing) of plant grain or plant seeds, in which the hardness of the grain or seeds is measured, the treatment parameters are deduced from the hardness of the grain or seeds, the grain or seeds are moistened depending on the dues to be obtained and the initial moisture content of this grain or of these seeds, and centrifugal grinding under vacuum of the moistened grain or seeds is carried out by bursting the said grain or the said seeds forming a mixture of ground plant grain or plant seed powder and impurities, the powder and the impurities are separated in order to gather these products separately, and the said powder is stored. The subject of the present invention is also the products obtained by this method.
