A figure coloring system on a display device in a graphic display system which comprises at least a display device, a main storage unit for holding the figure data, and a control unit which controls the transfer of data between the display device and the main storage unit and controls the processing. The main storage unit (30) holds table (301) of corresponding between brightness and color resources (ID), image data (302) by color resources (ID), position data (303) of pixels for the brightness, color data (304) for the brightness, and combination data (305) of position data and color data. Combinations of shapes and colors are changed with reference to combination data (305), in order to prepare any figures of different colors but of the same shape or of the same color but of different shapes. |
