<p>An expression vector cDNA library derived from senescent cells has been used to isolate cDNA clones that encode inhibitors of DNA synthesis. Such inhibitors play a role in cellular senescence and aging. Antisense nucleic acids reduce the inhibition of DNA synthesis.</p> |
