The breathing therapy equipment has a housing with a chamber having a connection to an inhalation medium application and a mouth piece. A valve opens and blocks a channel between the mouth piece and the chamber during inhalation and exhalation respectively. The housing has an air ejection channel (14) which is closed by the valve during inhalation via the mouth piece (10) and opened during exhalation. The channel carries exhaled air to the atmos. via a measurement and inclination arrangement for volumetric flow. The measurement and inclination arrangement contains a vertical pipe (18) with an internal float (20).
