PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated wrapping material which is excellent in a gas barrier property or the like at the time of bending fatigue resistance, vibration fatigue resistance and falling impact resistance under a low temperature. SOLUTION: This material has such a lamination composition as a surface layer B, an adhesive resin layer C, a barrier layer A1, the adhesive resin layer C, a barrier layer A2, the adhesive resin layer C, and the surface layer B, and the barrier layer A1 and/or A2 are/is composition A which comprises a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (a) and a polyamide resin (b) having a melting point of <=160 deg.C.
