PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of a liquid jet system. SOLUTION: The liquid jet system operates corresponding to an electrostatic attraction or a magnetic force. The system comprises a sealed diaphragm structure having at least one diaphragm part 230, and a diaphragm chamber 232 to be at least partially regulated by at least one diaphragm part 230, a nozzle port 242 to be arranged on at least one diaphragm part 230, an ejection chamber 250 to be regulated between the nozzle port 242 and at least one diaphragm part 230, and a second dielectric liquid reservoir 270 containing a second dielectric liquid 234. The ejection chamber 250 accommodates a first jet liquid 252. The second dielectric liquid reservoir 270 communicates with the diaphragm chamber 232 such that fluid can flow between them to supply the second dielectric liquid 234 to the diaphragm chamber 232.
