PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a substance to be conveyed on a conveyor as it is, and bring it into a stable state so that cargo collapse due to a slight shock does not occur. SOLUTION: A truck comprises a truck body 200; and a load-carrying platform 300 having a transfer part 330 at which a substance P to be conveyed on a conveyor C is transferred and a back rest part 320 situated at the rear end of the transfer part. The load-carrying platform 300 is rotatable between a first operation position where the transfer part 330 is brought into an approximately horizontal state and the substance P to be conveyed is received and a second operation position where the substance P to be conveyed on the transfer part 330 is inclined to the back rest part 320 side.
