PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate effective use of used tea leaves by providing an antibacterial wood board in which the used tea leaves are combined. SOLUTION: A slurry containing a wood material, the used tea leaves and water is prepared. Water is exhausted from the slurry. A wood mat having the wood material and the used tea leaves is formed. The wood mat is dried and the wood board is prepared. The wood board contains the wood material and the used tea leaves. A ratio of the used tea leaves is 5 to 60 wt.% of a total weight of the wood material and the used tea leaves by dry wt. ratio, and an antibacterial activity is provided.
