PURPOSE: A battery and a charger in a mobile terminal is provided to protect against the lowering of the performance of a battery and the danger of fire by preventing the short between the electrodes of the battery. CONSTITUTION: Electrodes for the charging of a battery in a mobile terminal are formed at an area deeply caved in from the surface of the battery. The caved area is shaped in the form of a vertical or horizontal cylindrical hole. Also, in another way, the electrodes of the battery can be formed at both ends of the surface of the battery for battery charging.
