A lamp (72) in the shape of a brick for placement between bricks (66) in a driveway or on roads, having an outer case (74), an electric bulb housing (76), a bulb socket (78) and a translucent lens (80). The bulb housing and lens unit is removably mounted in the case by means of latching members, e.g. in the form of hook pins (98) that are engaged to the resilient pads (110) which are mounted adjacent the inside walls of the outer case, and the slots (108) positioned in the case end walls (100) for receiving the lower ends (106) of the pins for locking or releasing such unit to remove same from the case for replacing a bulb (86) in the bulb socket or for cleaning the interior of the case. The pins in combination with the pads permit expansion and contraction of such while in locked position. |
