PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING AN ANTI-CORROSIVE ELASTIC, CEMENTATORY COATING AND SEALING COMPOSITION

The invention is a process of manufacturing an anticorrosive, cementatory, elastic coating and sealing composition for using mainly to prepare adhesives, covers and cavity covering for example to produce underspraying and cavity protecting materials. Characteristically a mixture of 5-30 % by weight of sulphochlorinated polyethylene and/or polychloroprene and/or polysulphide-caoutchouc and/or poly-izobutylene and 5-30 % by weight of synthetic resin optionally one or more selected from the group consisting of chlorinated polyvinyl-chloride, polyvinyl-acetate, polyvinyl-butyrate, polyethylene/vinyl-acetate, ethylene/ethyl-acrylate copolymer or butyl-caoutchouc is solved by one or two solvents selected optionally from toluene, xylene, methyl-ethyl-ketone, acetone, ethyl-acetate, petrol-ether, C6-7-aliphatic or cycloaliphatic hydrocarbons, then homogenized and just before usage is mixed and homogenized by 50-350 % by the whole weight of granulated or crushed rubber and optionally 1-5 % by weight antiflamming compound. The product thereafter is applied by any common manner as elastic, coating, covering or sealing material and at last is dried.
