<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stable thin film which is not resolubilized even when immersed in a micelle soln. again by solubilizing a hydrophobic substance in an aq. medium with a micelle forming agent, electrolyzing the resulting micelle soln. and heat-treating a thin film formed on an electrode at a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:A hydrophobic substance is solubilized in an aq. medium with a ferrocene deriv. as a micelle forming agent to obtain a micelle soln. This micelle soln. is electrolyzed to form a thin film of the hydrophobic substance on an electrode and the formed thin film is heat-treated at 150-400 deg.C.</p> |
