The grinding mill has a housing (7) which encloses a cylindrical chamber (15,15") which receives the material to be mixed. The mill has an annular agitator (25) which rotates about the central longitudinal axis (36) and encloses the inner stator (29). The mill outlet duct (38) is rotatably mounted inside the inner stator (29) and is coupled to a driving motor. The outlet duct (38) together with the overflow duct (39'), which runs parallel to the axis (36), is, at least in part, covered by radially projecting ribs (55) which serve to agitate the material to be ground. USE/ADVANTAGE - Mill for grinding granular or powdery material. The outlet duct (38) has a perforated screen which prevents unground material from flowing directly out through the outlet.
