The microwave oven has a heat radiating body (4) heated by microwave and a shielding plate (5) for shielding the plate set in heating chamber (2). The body (4) is made of sintered ceramic composed of microwave absorbent material and inorganic material. The plate (5) is easily assembled or separated with/from the oven and freely rotating on ceiling plate. The body (4) made of sintered ceramic, generates far-IR and roasts the surface of food for brown color.
