The construction set has a fastening sleeve (30), held in a base plate (20) to project through it, and with slots (36) in the lower end. A tap (10) with connection pipe (14) is removably held in the sleeve. The pipe has a groove (15), which is connected to the slots, when it is inserted into the sleeve. A clamp (40) on the sleeve has spring legs (41), to engage in the slots. The clamp is moveable between a locking position and a release position. In the locking position, parts of the spring legs project radially inwards into the grooves in the pipe. In release position, the leg parts are removed from the grooves.
