Mixing chamber for polyurethane foam reagents - inlet directs pressurised reagents to slot perforations in several fixed plates

Polyurethane foam reagents, ie. polyol/isocyanate/catalysts/ reactors, are mixed and atomised in equipment having a mixing chamber with inlets for the reagents plus air to move and atomise them from a nozzle, and with fixed plates for efficient mixing. The air and reagents inlets are placed opposite the outlet, they are set above and point towards the plates. Absence of stirrer eliminates problems of clogging/wear at stirrer shaft, no superfluous holes in mixing chamber.
