The mass material, contg. paper and water and glue, to be shaped and set into a body, is composed of 20-30 wt.% paper or pulp, 60-70 wt.% water or linseed oil and up to 20 wt.% glue. The paper or pulp is from ground used paper material. Pref., kaolin can be added to the paper material, at a rate of 10 wt.% of the total paper weight, together with other additives or filling materials and especially sand, sawdust, corn husks and natural or synthetic fibres. Additional colourants are acrylic or pigment based, or vegetable dyes. A fragrance can be added, as can disinfectants, fungicides or preservatives especially as camomile, and a flame retardant. The glue is a starch or cellulose paste, a bi-component glue or a synthetic resin bonding agent. The mass material is sterilised.
