The method improves the reliability of products and prevents the increase of power consumption by protecting the inflowing of impurity in the time of injecting liquid crystal. The metal electrode (8) coated with aluminium oxide (Al2O3) is set adjacent liquid crystal plate bar (4), which is formed on a liquid crystal plate (3). The voltage can be applied to the metal electrode. The thickness of Al2O3 coated layer has a range from 0.2 μm to 0.5 μm. The injection hole (7) of liquid crystal cell (2) is contacted with the liquid crystal formed on the liquid crystal plate bar. The impurity is filtered by the Al2O3 layer.
