<p>The position of the table and/or cupboard on a wall can be changed in such a way that one or more adjacently arranged wall units can be adjusted in each case between an upper end position near to the wall and a lower end position remote from the wall and/or one or more adjacently arranged tables can be adjusted between an upper and a lower end position parallel to the wall and can be fixed in any desired position within the movement route. At least one baseplate (2) which can be fixed in the vertical plane is fitted with at least one guide device for at least one furniture part (3, 4) which is adjustable in height. The guide device has at least one pair of guide elements which are connected, on the one hand, to the baseplate (2) and, on the other hand, support the furniture parts and guide them in the desired direction, each guide element being arranged on a guide plate (5) which is attached to the baseplate (2) vertically at right angles to the latter and flanks one side wall (3a) of a wall unit (3). Each table (4) has a vertical support plate (4a) on or near to its baseplate-side edge. The components of the guide device for the table(s) are attached, on the one hand, to the baseplate (2) and, on the other hand, to the support plate (4a). Each furniture part (3, 4), arranged on the baseplate (2), is connected non-positively to the baseplate (2) via an electrically driven apparatus for lifting and lowering the furniture parts. <IMAGE></p> |
